A raging charter boat captain has become a virus man after he boarded a small boat to be a new fisherman, whom he accused almost a collision that morning.
The fiery exchange shows a 40 -year -old Brock Horner fishing boat with two other men when they rise alongside Gage Towles, who is on a small fishing boat on the coast of Florida Gulf.
The April 1 confrontation, showing Horner jumps on the Towles boat and aggressively challenges him, recorded the Towles, who posted it on his Facebook page, where it created 15 million views.
Animated and passionate Horner, who owns a charter boat company and has since been accused of incident, asks Towles, or is he the person who “chosen him” earlier, to which Towles answered no. Horner said there was no safety light on the ship, which is almost in a collision.

Towles tells Horner that he had no permission to “fly along the River of Peace”, a picturesque river that flows into the port of Charlotte.
This note just exacerbated things further, and at one point the horner asked toows, “Do you want (exhaustive) go?”
Towles tries to deesckalize the situation, reminding Horner that he was the one who was aggressively wearing it while he was just trying to fish.
The Towles then questioned if Horner just tried to act hard in front of his friends who continues to Horner.

Horner says all three were veterans, and he is “the best charter captain you will ever meet in your mother’s life” before you suddenly jump on a towles boat.
“Chill bro, chill bro, please!” Towles re -scream. “I’m a baby brother, I’m a kid,” he says, beating the throttle and speeding up with Horner on the deck.
Horner continues to scream and asks him to apologize for terrorizing him on his boat and towles, then the Horner returned to the boat, claiming he had not sworn to him.
“Do it again (exhaustive) and watch what’s going on,” says Horner.

Punta Gord’s police chief Pam Smith said behavior, such as Horner, would not be allowed on the waterways. Entering someone in a boat without permission, how to intrude according to the laws of Florida if they are accompanied by threats or aggression.
“This type of behavior will not be allowed in our waterways or anywhere else in our city,” Smith said. “We are committed to ensuring the safety of our citizens and visitors on land and water.”

Horner was charged with an attack or battery, not involved.
Horner’s lawyer released a statement stating that his client apologizes for what happened.

His lawyer wrote that Horner’s business was “destroyed”, his reputation was damaged while his wife and mother were intrusive and even threatened, he said.
The statement states that Horner is a decorated battle veteran who was severely injured in Afghanistan.
“He served honestly, earned several medals, and suffered a traumatic brain injury. The Veteran’s Department recognizes him as 100% disabled. This is not an excuse, but it is part of his story. He got up when that country prayed for him, and that ministry deserves to be respected.”
